As a Business Development Manager, you will be working on generating and converting leads on various channels into long-lasting Hive customers.
As part of this role, you will: Deliver substantial value to potential clients by understanding their operating market, probing into their specific needs and challenges, and tailoring solutions accordingly.
Tirelessly research e-commerce trends, news, and opportunities for Hive to grow in the market, both by joining events and by doing detailed research online.
Bring customer knowledge directly and clearly from calls to our internal teams to enhance customer-centricity and shape solutions that improve their operational setup.
Close complex deals through a solution-driven sales approach, identifying pain points, and coming up with solutions that enhance their operational setup.
Identify business prospects by nurturing value-centric relationships with key stakeholders.
Represent Hive on the phone or in video chats, and at events, trade fairs, and other networking drinks; together, we challenge the Spanish market growth & expansion processes.

Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in logistics and supply chain management is a plus; 2 years or more relevant working experience is preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills.

Strengthen the Hive brand while aiding Spanish entrepreneurs in sourcing the perfect product for their D2C e-commerce operations.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Fluent or native Spanish and English.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects at once, as required.
