If so, let's talk.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesMarketing and SalesLead Opportunity creation, opportunity progression, and opportunity closure in the security area with a select set of clients or industry sector.Work with solution teams and across local geographies to provide content to drive deals.Provide demonstration of IBM credentials in more than 2 of the core capability domains (SSRC/GRC, IAM, SOC Operations, Application and Data, or Infrastructure Endpoint and Mobile Security), and at minimum have expertise in Data security and SOC.Work closely with the local solution design teams in developing client presentations and SOWs.Provide a focal point for the team to help understand capabilities, offerings, and client references.Become a recognized thought leader in one of the core domains, utilizing conferences, white papers, and client presentations to build awareness of IBM credentials.Be accountable for driving signings in EMEA.DeliveryTake ownership of end-to-end delivery of security work for clients and ensure what's sold is getting delivered to the satisfaction of the client and achieving a 10/10 Net Promoter Score.Work with UKI and EMEA and global teams to help organize project approaches and teams for client delivery.Participate in project delivery to varying degrees depending on project complexity.Help resolve project issues as they arise.Establish strong client relationships in key accounts to help progress the Security Services portfolio.PracticeProvide leadership by facilitating a community of like-minded practitioners to share and exchange ideas for practice growth and improvement.Contribute content and advice to the offering development process.Help shape the emerging model of the global Security practice.PeopleHelp establish capability and skills models for the core domains.Become a role model for global practitioners in the core domains.Required Technical and Professional ExpertiseRequired Bachelor's Degree.At least 10 years' experience in management consulting and systems integration in a top-tier professional services firm.Strong consulting proven track record.Strong systems integration proven track record.Strong complex solutioning proven track record.Strong delivery proven track record.Strong sales/pre-sales proven track record.Strong practice/offering building proven track record.Strong track record in building relationships with internal and external senior stakeholders.At least 8 years' experience working on projects related to the core domains.Experience working across diverse teams to facilitate solutions.Experience working with security practitioners.Readiness to travel 50-75%.English: Fluent; Spanish Mandatory.Preferred Technical and Professional ExpertiseRequired Bachelor's Degree.At least 10 years' experience in management consulting and systems integration in a top-tier professional services firm.Strong consulting proven track record.Strong systems integration proven track record.Strong complex solutioning proven track record.Strong delivery proven track record.Strong sales/pre-sales proven track record.Strong practice/offering building proven track record.Strong track record in building relationships with internal and external senior stakeholders.At least 8 years' experience working on projects related to the core domains.Experience working across diverse teams to facilitate solutions.Experience working with security practitioners.Readiness to travel 50-75%.English: Fluent.About Business UnitAre you craving to learn more?
