The IT ERP SD Business Analyst and Solution Senior Specialist is responsible for assessing customer business requirements and providing the solution design in the area that supports ERP Logistics and Sales business processes. Collaborating with Logistics and Sales stakeholders, he/she will be involved in analysing business requirements, developing high-level feasibility analysis,detailed design and participating in functional testing to validate the solution/programs developed by off-shored ABAP developers.Key Accountabilities: Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.Assess customer business requirements.Manage the assigned project to achieve the business requirements within the agreed timeline and budget.What You Bring: Insightful understanding of business Sales & Distribution/Logistics processes in the Telco Market, analysing requirements, finalizing the business scenario, implementing feasibility and detailed functional design, performing functional testing, and training end-users.Able to structure and articulate complex and ambiguous issues in a clear and straightforward way, identifying potential conflicts and managing different stakeholder perspectives to make the right decisions.Excellent communication skills and ability to influence to challenge stakeholders to ensure the right requirements and customer experience aspirations.SAP SD, MM expert.Strong understanding of software design and development. Can prepare specifications, estimates and solution documentation to support work completed.Minimum of 5 years of experience in a full cycle implementation as well as in support projects.Fluent in English.Knowledge of Italian (Nice to Have).Why Vodafone?
