We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Alliances Partners Director for the Spanish and Latam market. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing our partner ecosystem, driving revenue growth through strategic alliances, and expanding our presence in Spain.
Key Responsibilities:Channel Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive partner/channel strategy to expand our market share in Spain, identifying key partners and creating mutually beneficial relationships.Partner Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring alignment with our business objectives and driving partner performance.Revenue Growth: Drive revenue through channel partners by creating and executing joint business plans, conducting regular performance reviews, and identifying new growth opportunities.Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the Spanish and Latam market, adapting the partner strategy accordingly.Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales, Presales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure partners have the tools, resources, and support they need to succeed.Training Enablement: Develop and deliver partner training programs to ensure partners are knowledgeable about our products, value propositions, and go-to-market strategies.Reporting Analysis: Monitor and report on the performance of channel partners, providing insights and recommendations to senior management to drive continuous improvement.Compliance Governance: Ensure that all partner agreements and activities comply with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards.Brand Ambassador: Represent at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings, enhancing our brand visibility and reputation in the Spanish market.Partner Team Management: Manage the partner team effectively. Minimum Requirements:Experience: Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in channel/partner management, business development, or a related role within the SaaS industry, with a focus on the Spanish market.
Skills:Proven track record of developing and managing successful partner/channel programs in a SaaS environment.Deep understanding of the Spanish market, including key players, market dynamics, and regulatory environment.Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.Ability to create and execute strategic business plans with measurable outcomes.Proficiency in CRM Salesforce, partner management tools, and data analysis.
