At Johnson & Johnson, we all belong.Core Job Responsibilities Represent AMO Sales and Services, Inc. to appropriate customer base within a designated geographical area, emphasizing increasing sales of Monofocal and Refractive IOL's, Phaco, OVD, adjunct products, and any other new technologies.Provide technical product knowledge and in-service support to ensure customer satisfaction.Utilize all Johnson & Johnson sales specialists to enhance productivity and provide optimal customer satisfaction.Work synergistically with all other Johnson & Johnson sales personnel in additional SBUs in co-selling efforts to strengthen customer value.Comply with required reports and requests, effectively manage field assets, and operate territory within budgetary guidelines.Achieve assigned sales goals through execution of U.S. marketing plans.Demonstrate an independent, creative, and consultative/value-based sales approach to selling IOL, Phaco equipment, viscoelastics, and surgical adjuncts.Prepare and provide detailed sales/procedural/financial presentations to new and existing customers.Utilize Customer Resource Management System and computer hardware/software to enhance productivity.Position Accountability / Scope Reports directly to the District Manager (DM) or Senior District Manager (SDM) assigned to that territory.
Has responsibility for hitting an established quota set for that territory for all disposable, capital, and other surgical and non-surgical products.
Must manage a budget for Travel and Expenses as well as manage a budget for the territory
