JACIE Accreditation
JACIE is the joint accreditation committee of EBMT & ISCT whose primary aim is to promote high quality patient care and laboratory performance in haematopoietic stem cell collection, processing and transplantation centres through the development of global standards and an internationally recognised system of accreditation.

YOUR MISSION
Coordinate accreditations and training inspectors.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS Accreditation: Coordinate all aspects of the accreditation cycle including inspections, reporting and post-accreditation follow-up.Support hospitals, inspectors and the Accreditation Committee as established in the accreditation process.Education: Contribute to and engage with educational and other initiatives aimed at transmitting information and knowledge to hospitals and inspectors including in-person and online events.Trainer role: Representation at congresses/meetings including presentations and talks.Quality Management: Contribute to the continuous improvement of the accreditation process.Operational implementation of projects supporting the JACIE strategy.Requirements Science University-level education.3 years' experience in a similar role.Knowledge of quality management systems.Experience of audits or inspections.Understanding of accreditation/certification programmes.Excellent written and oral communication skills in English to at least B2 level.Focus on customers' needs.Comfortable with speaking in public.Good attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.Work efficiently under pressure, meet deadlines and organize workload.Team player.Ability to communicate effectively with people in a multicultural environment.NICE-TO-HAVES Knowledge of medicine or life sciences.Experience with Microsoft SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive.Knowledge of other major languages.Experience of working independently and reporting to various stakeholders.WHAT WE OFFER Be part of a non-profit society where you can make a difference.Work alongside a multicultural and diverse international team.Full-time position and permanent contract (37.5 hours/week). 2 months probation period.Salary: 26.000 - 30.000 gross/year (depending on previous experience).Flexible working hours (starting from 8 to 10 am and finish accordingly).Some foreign travel.ADDITIONAL BENEFITS (once probation period is over) Private health insurance for you and your family.Monthly supplement to support nursery costs.Budget for training and professional development.Location (Hybrid)
