A fantastic opportunity for an Accountant with advanced English to join a leading international company, based in Madrid but working directly with the USA.
About the role:Support several departments for intercompany accounting.Prepare preliminary and final intercompany reconciliations.Assist in the month end, quarter end, and the year-end close process.Posts intercompany journal entries on both sides for cross-company enabled locations and to one location if not cross-company enabled.Prepares payments and takes care of intercompany collections.Investigate unreconciled intercompany related activity and disputes between counterparties.Perform data balancing activities.Provide audit support related to intercompany activity.Continuous improvement initiatives based on KPIs monthly reporting.Participates/Leads global intercompany projects.About you:With 3+ years of related professional experience, advanced English level (C1/C2), experience in intercompany accounting is a plus, experience in accounting and financial systems, experience in foreign exchange/multi-currency calculations, experience in record to report process improvement, knowledge of Microsoft Office.
