As an HR Generalist, you will work closely with the VP, HR Europe and the HR team, providing support in a wide variety of HR processes for the UK, France & Spain, with French and English being your primary working languages.
This position is remote and can be based in one of our European countries (UK, France, Spain, or Germany). You will have the opportunity to travel within these countries.
Key Job Responsibilities: Contact person for employees: Act as a respected and trustworthy resource to employees at every level of the company regarding communication, management, performance, and career development.
Leading effective HR processes for UK, France, and Spain, including talent acquisitions, performance appraisals, retention strategies, career planning, and employee relations.
Managing all day-to-day operations: Handling administrative HR topics (such as employment contracts, promotion letters, employee guidelines, etc.) and managing the HR software for UK, France & Spain.
Recruiting: Managing the entire recruiting circle.
HR Projects: Owning and driving different European and global HR projects.
Employee Engagement: Assess employee engagement proactively and develop and implement employee retention strategies in collaboration with the HR team.
Compensation & Benefits: Ensure employee compensation and benefits are in line with comparable industry benchmarks.
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience; Master's degree in Human Resource Management or related field preferred.
2+ years of experience as an HR Generalist in the UK and France across various HR disciplines (talent acquisition, performance management, UK & French labour law, employee relations, training and development, compensation & benefits, etc.).
Proven ability to build trusted relationships with management and employees, also in an international environment.
Excellent communication skills in English and French are required - written and spoken; Spanish and/or German is a plus.
Experience in working with HR Bamboo, UKG, and/or Workable is a plus.
Willingness to travel within Europe.
