Mission and ResponsibilitiesAs a Strategy & Product Development Analyst, you will increase sales and use of credit cards, developing the product strategy.
The main tasks of this position will be the following:
Regular monitoring of sales results, focusing on input KPIs, e.g.
funnel, conversion rates, campaigns, etc., differentiating by channel, both internal (app, web and contact center) and external (SEM, SEO, aggregators, display, etc.).
Support in analysis of Openbank's products to identify opportunities and complete value proposition.Develop and improve the credit card product, launching functionalities and initiatives to increase its use and contracting, for which you will have to work with the different areas to carry out the business plan and get its approval (financial, commercial, legal, etc.
).Together with Campaigns, develop new business opportunities, to reach new clients or increase the use of existing clients.Monitoring of all the initiatives launched, as well as carrying out improvement plans to achieve and improve the set objectives.Monitor competitors and the market to detect new business opportunities.
Contribute to the execution of the defined strategy, detect and enable new business opportunities across markets.Work with brands to develop new business opportunities together with them.Support in the elaboration of documentation for the Governance bodies (Boards, Management Committees, etc.
