BVC BuyerKEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS:This position must be available to travel up to 30% of the time within Mexico.Understand the market, opportunities, and threats.Define and challenge short to mid-term needs of the internal partners.Apply the sourcing strategy defined by the category manager.Make analysis and segmentation of the portfolio.Conduct tenders and negotiate: Request For Information, Request For Quote, Request For Price (RFI, RFQ, RFP).Decide sourcing tactics based on Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analysis.Define and deploy a sustainable short to mid-term sourcing tactical plan to fulfill internal partner's needs.Build contractual agreements.Work with the contract manager for deployment and operational management of contracts.Identify opportunities for value creation and progress.Manage key performance metrics of the portfolio.Define and manage progress plans with suppliers: Supplier Relationship Management, contract management.Capture innovation through Innovation With Suppliers cards (IWS).Facilitate the application of Purchase to Pay processes by internal and external partners.Evaluate and anticipate risks (particularly business continuity) and implement mitigation action plans as needed.Resolve claims (non-conformities, supply problems) as necessary.Apply Sourcing to Contract and Purchase to Pay processes.Ensure data quality on his/her scope.#J-18808-Ljbffr
