BuzzFeed Editorial Graphic Designer (Clickbait & High CTR Specialist) hourly We are hiring a BuzzFeed Editorial Graphic Designer to join our project on a part-time basis and drive high-performance clickbait ads.
This role is ideal for someone with a proven record in creating compelling, editorial-style visual ads that capture attention and drive engagement.

Responsibilities: Design and develop high-converting ads optimized for performance and engagement.
Manage the creation of visual assets for advertorial ads that are tailored to editorial standards.
Conduct market and competitor research to inform creative direction and improve performance.
Use data-driven insights to refine ad designs, adapting visual ads based on target audience and conversion metrics.
Oversee the visual direction of content, collaborating closely with internal marketing and creative teams.
Leverage AI tools to optimize design workflows and enhance overall ad quality.
Requirements: A strong portfolio with examples of high-converting clickbait ads.
3+ years of experience in graphic design, specifically in performance-driven and clickbait ad creation.
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, and experience with AI design tools.
Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, data-driven, and results-focused environment.
Excellent communication skills and project management abilities.
