That's why we don't require a specific formal education, but we do expect you to have experience in the following areas:4 years of hands-on experience recruiting and managing international digital profiles (IT, design, marketing...), with a preference for tech product startups.A proven track record of success in building strategies for the identification and hiring of an inclusive & diverse candidate pool.Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in recruitment practices and technologies.A self-starting, scrappy, and resourceful work ethic requiring minimal to no guidance.Develop and implement creative recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates.Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to use feedback effectively.Experience in organizational culture management: development and promotion of culture, and implementation of initiatives that help in continuously building and evolving the culture.Language skills: proficient in spoken and written English (C2 level) and proficient in spoken and written Spanish (C1 level).Location: based within the same time zone CET +/- 2.Experience in a People Operations role (onboarding, offboarding, training, employee development...).Experience in creating and implementing brand awareness strategies.Experience with agile and remote organizations.Prior experience with decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs).What will your work be like?Your main focus will be helping the company grow by bringing in the best talent and ensuring that new hires are a great fit and have a clear path for growth. But we also want you to be involved in all aspects of the People team, from finding ways to improve synchronous and asynchronous communication spaces and researching new tools for our day-to-day to driving new training initiatives.
