Your future role Take on a new challenge and apply your procurement expertise in a new cutting-edge field.
You'll work alongside young and proactive teammates.
You'll set up the full supplier selection process.
Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, logistics), deploy commodities strategy and much more.
You'll specifically take care of ensuring project execution in line with Quality Cost Delivery & Technical (QCDT) objectives, while also supporting supplier panel relationships (supplier workload, negotiation, specific agreement).
We'll look to you for: Set up full supplier selection process Prepare and launch Request for Quotation with suppliers Ensure work package sheet commitment respect Prepare Business Award Promote the Alstom Code of Ethics and adhere to the highest standards of ethical conduct Coordinate project with all métiers Ensure on-time delivery and quality, especially during the ramp-up phase of the project Support commodity strategy and consolidate the commodity needs Participate actively in commodity strategy and panel elaboration Provide inputs to build differentiation Support Commodity Manager in tender phase Represent the commodities towards projects, platforms and solutions Ensure effective teamwork with internal customers and stakeholders in problem solving Apply the Alstom Procurement process and provide return on experience Build Supplier relationship Support global supplier panel relationship Manage specific supplier panel relationships (negotiation, specific agreement, local supplier QCDT performances) Measure supplier performance and develop them in coordination with supplier Quality Team Assess risky suppliers and manage the associated mitigation plan Manage initial issues before escalation to line manager Monitor Corporate Social Responsibility engagements and deviations Respect Alstom code of ethics and guidelines All about you We value passion and attitude over experience.
