Buyer Specialists. Energy/Industrial Projects.

We are looking for buyers professionals for our Home Office in Madrid. Being part of a Procurement Project Team, the candidate will develop, learn and be responsible for :Ensure compliance with directives and corporate / project proceduresCommercial management of the assigned purchases and purchase ordersSupplier and bidder evaluation and selectionLaunch of Requests for quotation and expediting timely receipt of bidsEvaluation, clarification and negotiation of sound bidsIssue of final Commercial Tabulation and recommendationPreparing of award proposalsIssue and follow-up of approved Purchase Orders, including changes and final close outParticipate in kick-off meetings and solve commercial issues during PO executionInternal expediting and close coordination with other departments and projectProvision of related reports and statusRequisitosAt least 3 years of relevant experience in purchasing and expediting for significant international projects. Experience in the refinery, petrochemical, gas and / or energy sectors will be a plus.Technical / Commercial Bachelor DegreeFamiliar with industrial plant equipment and materialsExperience in supplier development and relationship management will be a plus.International experience and knowledge of working with suppliers and clients will be a plus.Experienced and effective negotiatorExcellent analytical skills, numerically astute with strong demonstrated problem solving abilities.
