Main Responsibilities:Develop and execute the buying strategy and lead preparation of buying sessions for a BTC company.Oversee demand planning, carry-overs, geopricing, and sell-out analyses to optimize product performance.Thoughtfully plan and manage production schedules ensuring timely deliveries.Maintain and forecast inventory levels to support sales objectives.Collaborate closely with the design team and artisans to align product development with the brand's values and standards.Requirements:Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.Sensitivity for craftsmanship and sustainability.Based in Pontevedra, Galicia.Deep understanding of luxury codes and market expectations.Bilingual in English and Spanish.
