We are hiring a Buyer to support our internal stakeholders in procurement operations such as catalog creation and maintenance, helpdesk support, training, vendor onboarding, among others.
This role will report to the Shared Procurement Center Manager and will be primarily focused on supporting the Middle Europe Region.Main Scope: To provide functional support to the Fulfilment Center (FC) procurement network for operational and administrative tasks.
This includes daily execution of purchasing orders and/or documents creation, delivery tracking and escalation, invoice and supplier master data management, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.Responsibilities:Process daily purchase requisitions, remedy tickets, and web requisitions.Process invoice queries and reconciliation.Point of contact for some outside vendors/manufacturers.Administrate the Purchase Order process (includes filing, tracking, etc.
