About the job In this exciting role, you will report directly to the Senior Global Retail Architecture Operations Manager .
Your responsibilities include the coordination and supervision of PO creation, cost, and supplier management.
Your main duties will be the following: Manage the buying activities related to Global Retail Architecture.
Implementation of the global sourcing initiatives with the main suppliers.
Review with Dashboard data the distribution status in line with the forecast and raise any possible discrepancies.
Ensure smooth implementation of the processes.
Based on the information received from the Global Retail Architecture teams, fill out orders in SAP.
Align project invoicing with the local accounting department.
Confirm goods receipt with the Retail Architecture team at markets, invoicing, and payments.
Maintain all the information in the Dashboard file ensuring accuracy and updated data.
Challenge the Retail Architecture team (and D&RE team) on Dashboard non-accurate data and steer to accuracy.
Manage suppliers' developments and align internally on supplier strategy.
Review and align updates on prices.
Update prices in SAP and maintain the order forms.
Manage suppliers strategy with price negotiation.
Update data/prices in the system and create purchase orders accordingly.
Manage invoice and payment.
Ultimately responsible for the End-to-End process (in line with Company Supply Chain).
About you We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following: Procurement and buying experience.
Skilled in SAP ECC, SAB BI, Ariba, and good Excel skills.
High level of flexibility and sensitivity in the collaborative process.
Very good problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel.
Excellent English language skills; knowledge of Spanish, German, or French is a plus.
