Your Responsibilities:Assist the Purchasing team with communication across suppliers and internal departments.Engage with new suppliers, request samples, and maintain relationships.Negotiate rates and terms for purchases, both new and existing.Analyze supplier proposals, RFPs, and procurement data; manage Purchase Orders.Maintain and update price lists and supplier records.Support international awards and draft/refine procurement processes.Collaborate with other departments to drive area modernization.Your Skills:Bachelor's Degree in Business or related discipline or equivalent work experience.Experience in a Purchasing Team, ideally in a production company.Greater than 3 years of work experience in an international environment.Familiar with subcontracting and international supplier management.Multidisciplinary approach and have experience in indirect procurement.Knowledge in developing & negotiating local contractual or SLA terms with vendors.MS Office proficient, knowledge in SAP.Fluent in English and Spanish.Proactive thinker with excellent interpersonal, communication and facilitation skills.Team player with proven ability to successfully manage projects and resolve conflicts.Profit and internal customer service oriented.What's great about working with us:Culture and Diversity: Join a people-oriented environment with different nationalities and a great team spirit, flat hierarchies (everyone speaks to everyone).
