As member of our Global Procurement Central Services (GPCS) team, you will support the EU procurement and business teams by delivering operational purchasing tasks and assignments.MAIN SCOPE:To provide functional support to the Warehouse sites Procurement network for operational and administrative tasks. This includes daily execution of purchasing orders and/or documents creation, invoice and supplier master data management and communication with internal and external stakeholders.KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:· Meet service level agreements (SLA) for standard tasks (e.G. Purchase requisition compliance, Sourcing...)· Achieving assigned project targets / objectivesKey job responsibilities- Process daily purchase requisitions compliance, perform sourcing, remedy tickets and web requisitions- Process invoice and general procurement related queries- Point of contact for some outside vendors/manufacturers- Administrates Purchase Order process- Work in full compliance with the company Spending and Transaction policyProactively manage and decrease the number of invoices on hold (IOH), ensuring a robust procure-to-pay process.- C1 English levelB2 German levelKnowledge in using ERP systems (e.G.
