As a member of our Global Procurement Central Services (GPCS) team, you will support the EU procurement and business teams by delivering operational purchasing tasks and assignments.MAIN SCOPE:To provide functional support to the Warehouse sites Procurement network for operational and administrative tasks. This includes daily execution of purchasing orders and/or documents creation, invoice and supplier master data management, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:Meet service level agreements (SLA) for standard tasks (e.G. Purchase requisition compliance, Sourcing...)Achieving assigned project targets/objectivesKey Job Responsibilities:Process daily purchase requisitions compliance, perform sourcing, remedy tickets, and web requisitions.Process invoice and general procurement related queries.Point of contact for some outside vendors/manufacturers.Administrate Purchase Order process.Work in full compliance with the company Spending and Transaction policy.Proactively manage and decrease the number of invoices on hold (IOH), ensuring a robust procure-to-pay process.#J-18808-Ljbffr
