What are we looking for?
We are seeking an energetic, creative, and highly organized Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our Sales team, based in Barcelona for the DACH Marke t. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in identifying market potential and engaging prospective customers creatively to generate valuable business opportunities.
Main tasks and responsibilities: Your primary focus will be on the French markets implementing outbound strategies and building a robust pipeline of opportunities.
Making fluency in English and German Sales Environment: Our work environment primarily revolves around B2B (Business-to-Business) sales.
Having familiarity with SaaS (Software as a Service) environments can provide valuable insights.
Orchestrating cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation for new customers.
Conducting high-level discussions with C-Level and VP-Level Executives, addressing their unique business requirements.
We would love to know more about you if you have: 1-2 years of proven experience as a Business Development Representative Experience in SaaS environments Experience working with Mid-market & Enterprise companies Experience in Start-up companies is highly desirable Ability to work autonomously and remotely.
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with the Madrid-based central team Native in German and fluent in English Preferable deep understanding of the HR landscape Motivation to master a BDR role before moving to the Account team Experience with cold calling, Hubspot (sequences) and LinkedIn Sales navigator Strong personal ownership, great proactivity and solid team player Interest in psychology and mental health.
