.Optibus is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our product team in the challenge of creating the next generation of public transportation solutions, to change the mobility world as we know it!As the product manager in this new group, you will take part in building the next generation of real-time products for our users. You will play a key role in forming a new product team and will be responsible for the full lifecycle of your product and features. You will closely collaborate with a cross-functional team and play a key role in shaping and building the product roadmap and go-to-market strategy.ResponsibilitiesFully own the product life cycle of your product & features; from ideation through development, to launch.Gain a deep understanding of your user personas, user needs and main pain points for each user persona - conduct interviews with prospects, key users and design partners, lead exploration sessions and perform market research.Drive innovation and identify opportunities to disrupt the industry by leveraging cutting edge technologies.Translate user needs into features - work closely with designers, engineers and other product managers to define requirements, build wireframes & designs, and write specs & user stories.Constantly monitor and validate the success of the features under your responsibility.Ability to take ownership and lead change initiatives and client conversations.Coordinate effectively with other Product Managers, working collaboratively to build a product that aligns seamlessly within the broader ecosystem.Requirements4 years of experience as a product manager.2+ years of experience as a product manager in a SaaS B2B company.A true team player capable of closely collaborating with the multiple stakeholders including engineering, customer success, presales and marketing to successfully manage the product life cycle.A problem solver with a strong can do approach - one that will usually try to also offer remedies while pointing on the challenges and the complexities.A strategic thinker capable of setting a clear vision for the module and building a clear roadmap that will get us there after considering other alternatives.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with fluent written and verbal English and Spanish.Able to understand the development complexities of modern top-tier software architectures and to intelligently negotiate trade-offs.Accountable, hard-working and used to working in a high-paced agile environment with a proven track record of delivering successful products on timeCandidate must be based in the San Sebastian area or willing to relocate.Nice to haveExperienced in building products for enterprise-level customers - an advantageAn academic background in Computer Science or related engineering discipline
