), and provide tailored advice to researchers.Proposal Development: Assist researchers in the preparation and submission of high-quality research grant applications, ensuring alignment with the funding criteria and institutional goals.Strategic Collaboration: Work in close collaboration with the IE Research Office and the Vice Dean of Research to implement strategic research initiatives.Grant Management: Support researchers throughout the project lifecycle, from pre-award to post-award stages, ensuring compliance with funders' regulations and reporting requirements.Training and Mentorship: Offer workshops and personalized training sessions to help researchers improve their grant writing and project management skills.Monitoring and Reporting: Maintain databases of funding opportunities, track research outcomes, and assist in the reporting of grant-funded projects to stakeholders and funders.QualificationsTo thrive in this role, you should have:Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in research project management, ideally within higher education or research institutions.Knowledge of Research Calls: In-depth knowledge of European research funding programs (e.G., Horizon Europe, ERC) and Spanish national research calls (e.G., Agencia Estatal de Investigación, CDTI).Education: A Master's degree in a related field (science, technology, research management) is required.Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.Skills: Strong organizational and project management skills, ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment, and excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively
