Known for its innovative and sustainable approach, it provides adaptable designs that meet high standards of quality and efficiency.Job DescriptionStrategic Planning & Operational Excellence OversightEnhance the safety culture and performance within the business, consistently working to reduce the accident rate.Contribute significantly to EBITDA performance through strategic operational improvements.Strengthen and lead the function to ensure accurate forecasting, effective resource allocation, and timely execution of Operational Excellence across the business.Develop and implement strategies to align operations with company objectives, driving efficiency and profitability.Oversee fleet management operations, ensuring the fleet is well-maintained, safe, and utilized efficiently.Identify and drive continuous improvement activities that provide efficiencies and smooth process optimization across the business unit.Service Center OperationsSupervise service center operations, ensuring high-quality service that meets customer needs and positively impacts the business.Standardize service center processes to ensure consistency, operational efficiency, and high customer satisfaction across all locations.Use performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that keep pace with the business-driven change rate.Redistribute capacity across service centers within the country and internationally, ensuring strong coordination of capacity and service center structure.Optimize existing service centers and define location structure.Drive continuous improvement to optimize maintenance lines, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.Procurement- Oversee procurement activities, linking them with the Chief Operations Officer to ensure strategic objectives are aligned and executed on time.Delivery & Installation Management- Manage delivery and installation processes to ensure timely, efficient, and high-quality service to clients.- Coordinate with logistics, service centers, and installation teams to streamline operations and enhance customer satisfaction.The Successful ApplicantProven experience managing a diverse, branch-based operational business with P&L accountability.International operational experience.Demonstrated track record of performance improvement and management through a KPI-driven agenda.Previous experience in industrial or logistic companies.
