Together we help our customers and their patients to fulfill the dream of having a baby.We are currently looking for a Laboratory Samples Receptionist to join our Laboratory team in Paterna, Valencia.What are you accountable for achieving?Follow the laboratory's procedures for sampleshandling and maintaining records of patient test results; Dealing withcustomer requests by email, phone, fax, etcResponsible for handling documentation requirementsOutsourcing and overseeing of sample reception areaProviding administrative support to the laboratory teamEnsuring accuracy and proof reading any company documentation prior to registering the data in the softwareEntering and updating client data where required using the proper softwareBe capable of identifying problems that may adversely affect test performance and either must correct the problems or immediately notify the general supervisor, technical supervisor, clinical consultant, or director; Document all corrective actions taken when test systems deviate from the laboratory's established performance specificationsWhat are we looking for?Degree or FP in AdministrationKnowledge or training in Biology or similar would be valuableLevel B2 of English speaking and writing.Office advanced user (Outlook, Excel, word...)Valuable previous experience with ERP (Navision preferable)Previous experience in a similar role or in Healcare sector, FIV clinics preferable.We conduct ongoing interviews and would like you to apply as soon as possible.Vitrolife Group is a global provider of medical devices and genetic services.
