Supporting the Sales team in the achievement of their objectives and the assigned budget by contributing to provide an excellent customer service.2.
Requesting to the specific departments the documents needed, preparing, sending, and monitoring technical documentation to the customers.3.
Tracking and following up the offers & opportunities in the system.4.
Placing commercial orders in the system when needed.5.
Orders follow-up in connection with other departments: Purchasing, Quality, Operations, Logistics.6.
Samples Management and Follow up.7.
Complaints management in connection with Quality Department.8.
To support the Area Managers when they are travelling, visiting customers or participating in exhibitions.9.
To support and help the Sales team in the Prospection of new potential customers.10.
Monitoring the accounts assigned to each Area Manager: Sales evolution, Products they buy, Prices; together with them.11.
Weekly Follow up of the invoiced orders, pending to be confirmed and draft orders.Requirements:1.
At least 2 years of previous experience in similar roles.2.
Monitoring deadlines and established commercial conditions (compliance with contractual conditions, payment terms, etc.).3.
Language: Spanish-English.
Other languages valuable.4.
