Analysis Advisor to join our team in Province, Rhode Island (US-RI), United States (US).The Business Analyst works with stakeholders from the business units to define and document business process and software requirements for a child welfare system. This position requires a critical thinker, self-starter, dependable quick learner with a strong understanding of Information Technology.Responsibilities:Develop and manage projects and initiatives to meet the client's business needs.Troubleshoot processes and resolve complex issues.Perform analysis and consulting activities to help client meet business goals.Work with other teams to facilitate the support process and work toward issue resolution.Duties:Analyze and design business solutions.Document functional requirements.Define business problems.Document technical solution.Develop test plans and perform testing.Other duties as required.Required Skills:Minimum of five years in a Business Analyst role.Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or applicable work experience.MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Strong verbal and written communication skills.Strong attention to detail.Ability to work independently or as part of a team.Ability to multi-task.Minimum of 5 years using SQL Language.Programming experience.Experience with Child Welfare Systems.Experience with Financial Systems.GUI and IDE tools.Experience with Salesforce.About NTT DATA: NTT DATA is a $30 billion trusted global innovator of business and technology services.
