To support our Shop Management team we are searching for a Business & Web Analyst (f/m/d) to be based in one of our offices in Munich or Barcelona.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Data-driven analysis of the webshop and focus on app through monitoring and analysis of on-site KPIs as well as regular reports and deep-dives for different target groups.
Reporting automation and creation of dashboards.
Pro-active identification of optimization potentials in our webshop as well as numerical derivation of recommended actions for management and departments.
Conception and further development of the web analysis including the tracking tool (GA 4) as well as optimization of our analysis capabilities.
The ability to actively shape and answer basic analytics, tooling and KPI structures.
WHO YOU ARE
University degree or equivalent with an analytical focus, with 4+ years of experience in web analytics, particularly Google Analytics 4; e-commerce tools are a plus.
Strong expertise in BigQuery, SQL, and app analytics, including familiarity with specific app KPIs.
Demonstrated ability to tackle analytical challenges, recognize complex relationships, and present findings effectively to management.
Creative problem-solving skills, with an out-of-the-box mindset, and a hands-on, results-oriented approach.
Excellent teamwork, personal initiative, and a structured working style, with strong proficiency in spoken and written English.
