In this key position, you will be responsible for the strategic planning, management, and optimization of our business units in Portugal and Spain. We are looking for a Business Unit Manager (m/f/d) who combines sales strength with an entrepreneurial mindset. Challenges you will tackle You will analyze the needs of existing customers, develop tailored solutions, and thus increase revenue in existing business areas.You will build a sustainable network of customers and business partners with the goal of generating significant growth.You will lead a decentralized team in Spain (Valencia) and Portugal (Palmela), implement personnel measures, and promote the individual development of employees.You will identify new business opportunities and ensure successful implementation with new clients and suppliers – also on-site.You will ensure the compliance with company-wide processes and continuously improve the operational procedures at the locations.You will monitor and manage the financial and operational key figures of the business units, ensuring effective use of resources.You will take responsibility for the results of the business unit.In your role as Business Unit Manager, our central service units will support you, providing professional assistance in areas such as Human Resources, Finance and Office Management.
