As a member of the customer service team, you are the dedicated contact for business Spanish Customers. Committed, dynamic and proactive, you help customers to travel smoothly: Ensure the operational and personalized management of requests (air, rail, cars and hotels)Handle litigation and claimsManage the interface with suppliersIdentify and propose fare optimizationOur Ideal Candidate: You have at least 5 years of experience as Business Travel Consultant and with AmadeusYou speak Spanish and EnglishTeamwork and a great sense of service are key for youJob Based: in Barcelona or Madrid
Shifts from Monday to Friday: 08h30 -17h30/09h30 -18h30
