BTS PURPOSE & OBJECTIVES Business Transformation Services (BTS) is the management consulting arm of SAP playing a predominant role in ONE Service strategy: We work with strategic customers at the executive program level to achieve simplified Best-Run Business capability.
BTS ADVISOR ROLE EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS Drive the Digital Transformation Journeys at the strategic customer of the Market Unit and Region, focusing on Value Realization. Act as trusted advisors for C-Levels, focusing on Business-Outcome and Customer Success. Connect with customer stakeholders and delivery team members. Connect the Customer Strategy to the Intelligent Enterprise value proposition, while promoting Best Practices adoption, Clean Core concept and AI-driven automation of processes. Uncover opportunities to drive customers' innovation agenda. Customer transformation enablement including organizational change management. Actively support Services Organization KPIs attainment. Contribute to internal and external perception of team quality and performance. Business development and support acquisition of services order entries. Generate External demand for Business Transformation Services. Be eager to develop his/her skills set according to demand. Demonstrate leadership when coordinating projects and resources. Demonstrate passion on the job. Ensure healthy utilization. EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS Higher education degree (Masters degree or MBA preferred e.g. business administration, economics, computer sciences, engineering etc.)
FUNCTIONAL EXPERIENCE At least 10 years professional work experience in consulting for business and IT transformation or in comparable responsibility.
Experienced in driving main Digital Transformation projects in complex and international environment.
Deep Knowledge of the industry/LoB processes and the SAP Solutions capabilities.
Comfortable in interacting with C-levels, connect with their priorities and influence their agenda.
Experienced in Business-outcome approaches and value based framework.
Experience in strategic thinking and conceptual design of complex projects & programs.
LANGUAGE AND TRAVEL Native language level (must): Spanish. Fluent written and spoken English. Travel 0-50%.
COMPETENCIES Good knowledge of current and future trends in main industry and the impact on business strategies.
Ability to explain the strategic direction of the SAP architecture to support the Digital Transformation.
Familiar with key SAP's solutions, namely S/4HANA on RISE, BTP, LoBs applications (e.g. Ariba, IBP, DMC etc).
Excellent interpersonal skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, solid presentation skills.
Ability to manage customer's expectations and communicate on controversial issues or difficult audiences.
Strong influencing skills to reach agreement on key decisions.
Ability to operate across organizational boundaries and influence across all management levels both internally and externally.
