We help our customers make critical decisions every day by providing expert solutions that combine deep domain knowledge with specialized technology and services.We are looking for aBusiness Transformation Leadto join our team.Mission:Lead the Business Transformation team, driving strategic projects that deliver impactful organizational change and align with the company's goals and vision.Responsibilities:Drive strategic collaboration with business and IT leadership teams to align on business needs, objectives, and strategic priorities.Lead and integrate change management efforts into business transformation initiatives, driving stakeholder engagement, effective communication, training, and adoption to ensure the successful implementation of new processes, systems, and organizational improvements.Facilitate and lead high-level workshops to capture and prioritize requirements through advanced User Story techniques, engaging cross-functional business stakeholders.Analyse and optimize complex business processes, performing in-depth process mapping and gap analysis to design robust TO-BE processes that enhance operational efficiency and user experience.Oversee the creation and governance of comprehensive technical and functional documentation, including detailed specifications, executive reports, presentations, and user manuals.Lead quality assurance activities, including the development and execution of rigorous testing strategies to ensure project outcomes meet business expectations.Ensure adherence to project timelines, effective risk mitigation, and successful delivery of initiatives.Advocate for the Spanish business in EU alignment meetings, ensuring local requirements are effectively represented and integrated.Steer end-to-end implementation planning, managing complex dependencies, addressing challenges, and leading efforts in communication, training, and change management to ensure sustainable transformation.Skills:5+ years of previous experience as business analyst or consultant.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or Information Technology.Leadership and problem-solving skills.Strong presentation and communication skills.Ability to build consensus across multiple functional areas and to work independently, as well as cross-functionally within a matrix organization.Analytical skills.Attention to detail to ensure the quality of implemented solutions.Work effectively in a team-oriented environment.Quick learning ability.Ability to organize/prioritize work in and around team deadlines and workloads and conflicting priorities.Strong knowledge of Microsoft suite, with emphasis on PowerPoint & Excel.Salesforce, SAP knowledge is an advantage.English both writing and speaking fluent.Previous experience in a consulting/auditing firm will be a plus.If you think that you have the needed requirements click on the apply button to join us and #bethedifference.If making a difference matters to you, then you matter to us.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, or any other protected status, in accordance with local regulations.Be the DifferenceIf making a difference matters to you, then you matter to us.Join us, at Wolters Kluwer, and be part of a dynamic global technology company that makes a difference every day.We're innovators with impact.
