What will be your challenge?
Your main objective will be to work with the international and strategic projects shaping International Programs (IPZ) Future.
International Project Support for IPZ Future will be closely working with the Corporate Center teams, Receiving and Producing Zurich Countries (RC & PC).
You might be our ideal coworker if you have previous experience in: Driving and overseeing the data collection and completion for newly opened LoB (Line of Business) for country product capabilities.
Collecting and reviewing new reference data and actively facilitating and coaching stakeholders in that process of data upgrade.
Collaborating with the respective Underwriting Team to finalize technical content.
Approving and ensuring quality assurance and sign-off with the respective countries before the data is approved for publishing in the central systems.
Keeping close collaboration with the Line of Business representative and ensuring proactive understanding and raising resource concerns with relevant line manager as needed.
Collecting and analyzing data that is being used by RPA (robotics).
Working together with the project team analyzing the system landscape and filling the gaps.
Driving and organizing the data collection planning, tracking, and escalation.
What will you need to succeed in the role?
Experience in insurance with underwriting / underwriting service background (would be an advantage).
Understanding about the Policy Issuance processes and the life cycle of an International Program (would be an advantage).
High education diploma (Bachelor or Master's degree) in Business Administration, International Business, Law, or equivalent.
Previous experience and track record working in multinational projects.
Strong analytical skills and attention to details.
Organizational and problem-solving skills.
Team player with facilitation and coordination skills.
Knowledge of agile methodology.
Good communication skills and ability to engage with senior stakeholders
