Collect and consolidate user feedback and support Product Owners managing holistic backlog. Provide business user support via ServiceNow platform (triage and respond to user requests, assign to respective IT teams) Analyze business requirements and identify dependencies and align development of new features with other systems. Engage and manage Subject Matter Expert (SME) network, host regular clinic sessions upon business needs, maintain collaboration channels (e.G., SharePoint). Keep training material and user guides up-to-date, upskill SME network and deliver required trainings How do you know you fit in?
