We are looking for a Business Support Processes Specialist based in our Boadilla del Monte office with at least 5 years of experience in process engineering and/or project delivery .

Your role

We are looking for a Processes Specialist for the Business Support Processes area at Global Headquarters, a key team in our technological ecosystem.

This team is responsible for designing and optimizing processes within the domain of Technology and Operations in the Global Corporate Center, identifying areas of efficiencies and opportunities for improvement for both local solutions and global platforms. You will lead end-to-end processes activities throughout the lifecycle of projects, collaborating with stakeholders across different functions in global and local business units.

Your main tasks will be:

Understand the business model of the different initiatives in which you are involved, contributing to the definition of the business case and scope of the projects, and identifying the processes and systems impacted.
Compile and analyse business requirements including analysis of current and future situation, data analysis and process modelling.
Identify defects, inefficiencies, and opportunities to improve existing processes and systems.
Design future processes as well as collaborate in the definition of the target operating model (TOM).
Assist when required in defining the initiative's impact analysis, providing the required level of knowledge to support change management teams during the implementation.
Develop and make the required presentations and reports to different stakeholders and senior management.
Contribute to project planning activities, including estimation of effort and duration, identification of risks and dependencies, and development of project schedules, supporting the project lead in all process-related activities.
Support the Head of the function with the development of the processes practice in Headquarters and to comply with the deliverables required by the software development lifecycle policies.

What You Will Bring

If you think you've got what it takes, these are the key skills we'll be looking for in your CV:

5+ years experience in processes engineering and/or good track record in delivering projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Knowledge of enterprise and banking internal processes.
Master degree, ideally STEM, preferably complemented with financial/business education.
Good analytical, problem solving and conceptual skills to develop methodologies and processes.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail with the ability to manage complex priorities at pace and multiple initiatives adjusting to shifting priorities.
Ability to manage, adapt and self-learn in a changing environment.
A strong MI skill set and ability to translate to different audiences accordingly.
Ability to articulate both technical and financial issues to different audiences accordingly.
Proven ability to build effective strong working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders and to manage expectations and mediate between stakeholders sometimes with competing priorities.
Ability to handle difficult conversations at all levels.
Proficient in Office365 suite (Powerpoint, Word, Excel).
Fluent Spanish and English level C1 (or minimum B2).

It would be great if in addition…

You have previous experience in process analysis and re-design / re-engineering, including data-driven analysis (process mining).
You have previous exposure to live operational environment driving change and improving efficiency.
You possess knowledge on continuous improvement and process modelling methodologies.
