Job Description
We are looking for an experienced professional to support us for an 18-month period with:
Connecting and establishing good relations with Business Teams
Helping us resolve issues with problematic finance documents which require business action
Connecting and bonding with important suppliers to simplify and organize the current way of working
Helping and training the business if needed for related finance processes
Representing the GBS Team against business and suppliers in a professional manner
Qualifications
Native Spanish and advanced English language skills.
MS degree in Finance, Economics, Procurement or related fields preferred
Knowledge of working in an international financial & accounting organization, preferably in Finance Planning and Analysis and Procure to Pay (PtP)
Experience in supplier and contract management, data capturing, analyzing, and presenting
Understanding of corporate compliance & controls standards and practical experience in applying them in the accounting space
Business partnering experience with different levels of stakeholders
Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to evaluate, analyze, and solve problems
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Model Professional
Working proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, and Ariba
