HP University is the training center of excellence of CO organization. HP University is mainly focused on developing sales skills supporting major business transformations such as the shift to subscription-based services, outcome-based selling, and new digital business models.The Business Interlock roles are responsible for four main activities within each region – this role is based in EMEA:Demand planningTraining program managementStakeholder managementProject ManagementResponsibilities:Demand PlanningWork with BP to drive demand planning exercise prior to start of each quarter within budget.Stakeholder engagement in the region to understand training needs and consolidate demand.Work with DSM to drive demand execution and intervene with requestors as needed.Provide leadership to multiple project teams as appropriate.Achieve financial goals, operational goals, and assigned metrics.Annual Sales Certification:Work with BP to establish target audience and role-based curriculum for ASC.Send out communications and training reports to key stakeholders to drive certification uptake.Work with DSM to drive uptake of key courses that are part of ASC.Attend internal certification status calls.Training Program Management:Coaching: Drive outreach and maintenance.Provide reporting on key programs and drive execution.Support BP on planning of partner deliveries.Present on outcomes and attend key meetings with internal and external stakeholders.Project Management:Work with Program managers to identify market-specific programs relevant for specific roles.Engage with stakeholders to share the program.Gain feedback for relevant candidates for the programs.Plan the launch of the program.Present on outcomes and attend key meetings with internal and external stakeholders.Education and Experience Required:First level university degree; advanced university degree preferred.5-8 years in a training development or equivalent role.4-6 years experience in channel sales or equivalent role.Knowledge and Skills:Course level expertise:Understanding of HPU training courses and curriculum.Market/job level expertise:Basic understanding of HP Inc sales roles and regional organization.Articulate value of HPU to stakeholders during engagement calls.Advanced business acumen.Advanced project management development skills.Advanced expertise working with cross-functional and global teams.Advanced communication and relationship management skills.Expert ability to quickly understand and adopt new, complex services, software, or technologies.Business StrategiesChange ManagementData AnalysisKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)Learning Management SystemsLearning StrategiesMarketingOrganizational ArchitectureOrganizational DevelopmentPerformance ManagementProcess ImprovementProject ManagementPsychologyStakeholder ManagementCross-Org Skills:Customer CentricityPrioritizationResilienceTeam ManagementStrategic Thinking#J-18808-Ljbffr
