About Schneider Digital:All IT needs for SE are managed by a group called Schneider Digital (SD); spread across 303 locations in 60 countries with over 2300 staff; along with various engagements with all major Global IT Service Providers.
The BRM manages relationship with all related Business Units (BUs) in Country Iberia as the representative from Schneider Digital. The BRM ensures operational management for IT across Country Iberia by managing the ecosystem of external vendors and internal teams.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness PartnerTo become the partner for the Business for all IT related topics in the country in relation with the processes of projects, services and equipment.To represent Schneider Digital in the country in front of the Business Managers.Being an integral part of the business, establishes sound relationships with functional key users and other key stakeholders (e.g. senior management, site management).To manage our delivery Partners for the country.Ability to manage digital projects at local level, with the needed digital partners and business stakeholders.OperationsDrive effective support process, coordinating external and internal support teams.Operational service support for local infrastructure and local applications.Managing of outsourcing partners in outsourced area.Ensure the quality of support for Business.Follow up on KPI in line with SLAs and manage escalations when needed.Identifies trends, improvements or rationalization opportunities across the local application and infrastructure landscape.Report IT results to country/site management.DemandsSupport country/site management to define their IT strategy and define priorities.Understand the business processes evolution and focus the new demand to priority areas with major returns, assuring coherence with strategy and business priorities.Contribute to defining and managing the IT scenarios, assuming the role of "integrator" between the business and IT issues.Clarifies needs expressed by key-users, transforms user requests into demands understandable by partners.Manage and challenge project demands from business.Participate in various global projects by driving and ensuring a good local implementation and usage rate.Follow and manage local project or enhancement realization.Cost ManagementManage local IT cost evolution.RequirementsEducationAcademic degree in computer science from a technical university or an IT specialization from a business school or university.
