Our Business Quality Management Team is growing and we are looking for an experienced and versatile Business Quality Assurance Manager to play a contributing role in building and implementing the quality assurance framework for one of the world's leading scale-ups.
Who are we looking for?As Quality Assurance Manager, you will work on the implementation of the compliance and auditing framework, mapping standards requirements, designing for the different standards the required control matrix, supporting procedures and test of operating effectiveness, and conducting audits to ensure compliance.
You are an individual who is versatile and holds a solid quality assurance methods and auditing experience.
Someone who will provide independent, objective assurance and consulting activities to improve the business policies, procedures and internal governance.
You are well knowledgeable and experienced in the implementation and audits for ISO 9001/27000 or SOC 2 experience as well as well-versed in quality management, process management, continuous improvement related activities.
What will you be doing?Developing and implementing the audit and compliance management framework.
Designing for each standard the required control matrix, control activities (procedures), test of operating effectiveness to assure compliance.Mapping processes, procedures and requirements from each standard, creating reference tables to ensure alignment, identify overlaps.Ensure policies and procedures are being designed as per the policies and required standards.Conducting internal and regular audits and reporting audit outcomes with a required CAPA process.Propose and implement changes on existing processes, policies, and internal governance to assure quality.
Process management skills are required.Prepare the audit calendar and streamline the evidence collection process.Ensuring that Veriff achieves the highest conformance level across the different standards requirements.When required, participate in specific requirement mapping workshops with external parties, as well as manage the relationship with external certification body to plan and develop standards implementation.Identify business-related risks, designing control activities and working closely with appropriate teams to define the risk analysis and response plan.Building trust and respect - creating strong, long-lasting relationships with external partners and successful collaborative relationships within Veriff.You are the right future Veriffian for the job if you have:3-5 years of prior experience in quality assurance management with a track record of auditing and conformity assurance in any of the known standards as ISO 9000, 27.000 or SOC 1 or 2.
ISO 9000 or ISO 27000 auditing certification.Experience in the SaaS industry, preferably in a B2B setup.
Desirable experience in Identity Verification Business.Positive attitude and self-motivating personality, with the ability to motivate and engage different levels in the organization.Practical experience in process mapping, continuous improvement, quality assurance, auditing, requirements mapping, translation to business needs, planning and project management.Very good understanding of data security and privacy topics.Excellent communicator - ability to communicate effectively.Excellent coordination and analytical skills, ability to work in a highly organized way and create structures and organized activities for others in a matrix organization.Hands-on mindset and willingness to also complete routine administrative work.Why Veriff?We help companies all over the world connect with honest people.
