At Acertto Talent Linkers we specialize in the search and selection of talent for the industrial sector.
This time, we are recruiting an executive role for an important multinational in the energy sector.
The main responsibility will be business development and project management in the nuclear decommissioning business unit.
Duties Reporting to the management of the nuclear business unit, your main tasks will be: Business Development Identify business opportunities in the nuclear decommissioning sector both nationally and internationally.
Develop strategic relationships with customers, partners and relevant regulatory bodies in the nuclear industry.
Prepare and present commercial and technical proposals for tenders and projects.
Analyze international markets to assess risks, entry barriers and growth opportunities.
Project Management Lead decommissioning projects, ensuring compliance with time, cost and quality objectives.
Ensure compliance with national and international safety, quality and environmental regulations.
Manage budgets and contracts associated with projects, reporting progress to company management.
Act as the main point of contact with clients and other stakeholders, ensuring satisfaction and alignment with project objectives.
Skills and Competences Negotiation and interpersonal communication skills.
Leadership and decision-making skills in complex environments.
Results orientation and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Flexibility and availability to travel.
REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS How to succeed?
Degree in Industrial Engineering, Nuclear Engineering, Project Management or related field.
+ 10 years of experience in roles related to nuclear decommissioning projects or in highly complex industrial sectors.
Previous experience in business development or participation in international bidding processes.
Project management with multidisciplinary teams and in regulated environments.
Advanced knowledge of project planning, risk management and budgeting.
Advanced level of English and Spanish (C1 with test in selection process).
Valued Familiarity with regulations and standards specific to the nuclear sector.
Additional training in business management (MBA) would be an asset.
