Engage field sellers and customers to understand their business needs, risks, vulnerabilities, and challenges. Then, connect internal Microsoft teams and Partners, and facilitate hand-over to next associated programs & investments to accelerate and grow the opportunity along the sales cycle.To stay competitive, you will perform program landscape analysis and examine business trends. You'll also identify opportunities to develop and improve programs and define program strategy and create project plans.You will define and execute on a landing and communication plan, leading the rhythm of business during execution. You'll also promote the program and gain buy-in from stakeholders, partners, and customers.As you contribute to or lead a portfolio of projects, you'll communicate the program status and risk to stakeholders, and hold them accountable to following the schedule. You'll also work with other teams to ensure program processes are executed efficiently
