What you'll do: Support consulting on business process level to translate customer's vision into solutionsSupport in mapping business processes and solution requirementsSupport the transformation towards the Intelligent EnterpriseSupport solution design and configuration for specific solutions (on premise, cloud and hybrid), applying state of the art methodologies and standardsDrive deployment of best practice business processes for specific LoBs or industriesSupport other colleagues engaged in pre-sales activities, solution reviews, feasibility studies or work in de-escalation of projectsSupport in partner-led projects to ensure ecosystem and customer successIntroduce SAP and industry leading practices and content based on pre-existing templatesDeliver solution training to customer team membersCreate project documentation and documentation of delivered servicesUnderstand the relevant section of the services portfolio for the respective solution area and delivers according to service specificationSupport in solution testing and issue resolutionWhat you bring: University degree in economic or engineering sciences, e.g. computer science, business informatics, industrial engineering, mathematics, physics or equivalent work experienceUp to 3 years of functional experienceBasic understanding of industry and/or LoB specific business processesBasic understanding of the relevant end-to-end processes of SAP's IntelligentEnterprise SuiteStrong communication skills, with proficiency in English and Spanish languageWorking Model: Hybrid (remote and onsite).
