May participate in business systems planning to define or upgrade business applications or functional solutions. May serve as business liaison to IT & Tax. This role may involve a significant amount of project management.The main accountabilities for this role are:Supporting the CCC organization in user support (Sales and Support Customer Service Representatives)May Deliver New Comer and Refresher Training on Q2C processesParticipate in regional and worldwide projects in particular during the testing, deployment and go-live support and trainingMay act as regional representative in worldwide projectsWorks on business system/process assignments with broadly defined objectivesMay be backing-up focused tasks on portals, compliance testing & audit coordinationDetermines and develops approaches to business system/process assignmentsLeads business process related projects requiring coordination with other functionsSolves a broad range of system and/or workflow problems of varying scope and complexityQualifications:In depth understanding of Sales processes end-to-end and/or Service & Support processes end-to-end.Typically, 4-5 years relevant experienceExperience with Cloud applications (Salesforce Sales, Service and Oracle CPQ), as well as SiebelGood team player with ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams to meet aggressive delivery schedules.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated, excellent attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independentlyThrive in a fast-paced environment.Easily adapts to change and can cope with uncertainty and risk
