Business Process Innovation - Change Agent Lead Business Process Innovation is a new team and capability which is positioned at the heart of Amadeus Digital Transformation and with the purpose to provide significant impact in the way we design, deploy and monitor the adoption of Amadeus core processes.
We are seeking a Change Management Lead to join our brand new team at Amadeus. This role will be instrumental in driving change within the organization, focusing on business process improvements and new ways of working .
If you are passionate about change management and digital transformation, we would love to hear from you. This role will have a strong customer-facing component and will require frequent interactions with top management . We are looking for someone who can navigate these relationships effectively and drive meaningful change.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate the adoption of new technologies and processes, ensuring a smooth transition and minimizing resistance.

Enable the organization to overcome resistance to change and secure the adoption of new ways of working.

Collaborate with various stakeholders to understand their needs and concerns, and develop tailored change management plans.

Drive the transformation of the mindset and culture of our business partners around automation.

Monitor and report on the progress of change initiatives, adjusting strategies as necessary.

Engage frequently with top management to align change initiatives with strategic goals and to secure their buy-in and support.

Maintain a strong customer focus , ensuring that all change initiatives enhance the customer experience and meet customer needs

Develop and implement change management strategies using the ADKAR framework and state-of-the-art knowledge management best practices.

Contribute to the implementation of our framework and ways of working on Change Management leveraging ADKAR best practices

Create the DNA of the team ! Support the onboarding of new comers in the team

About the ideal candidate
Proven experience in change management in a global digital transformation context.

Knowledge of customer journey and understanding of the lead to cash value stream will be a plus.

Proficient in English. Other languages are a plus

Strong understanding of the ADKAR framework and its application in a business setting would be a plus

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels of the organization.

Strong customer orientation and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically with the resilience and adaptability to drive changes

Experience in project management would be advantageous.
