Atlas Copco Specialty Rental is on a journey to implement and roll-out a next generation application landscape. With this project, Specialty Rental will take a quantum leap forward and build a solid and future-proof solution to manage its business. We have very ambitious growth plans, but the current business system and its satellite applications no longer support this.
A global template team and technical team has been formed, who will build a global solution template within the Salesforce ecosystem, with a mission to harmonize and standardize Specialty Rental's end-to-end processes. This template will be rolled out to all Specialty Rental regions globally in the coming years.
In this context, we are looking for a Business Process Expert Sales & Marketing. Your mission is to play a key role to (re)define the rental sales & marketing processes and implement them in our new system landscape (Salesforce.com and SAP), which shall lead to improvements in operational excellence, support business growth and ensure a top-notch customer experience.
You will become part of the SPARK project team and report to the Business Process Manager Sales & Marketing.
