The Process Engineer role entails analyzing and documenting current business processes to pinpoint inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement areas. They will closely collaborate with stakeholders across departments to redesign processes, aiming to elevate efficiency, effectiveness, and overall business performance.
Key Responsibilities: Analyze current support processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement. Document existing processes, including process flows, procedures, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Work closely with stakeholders from various markets to gather requirements and understand business needs. Lead process improvement initiatives by proposing and implementing innovative solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to redesign processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness. Develop and maintain process documentation, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Conduct regular reviews and assessments to monitor process performance and identify further opportunities for improvement. Provide training and support to staff members on updated processes and procedures. Stay current with industry best practices and emerging trends in process engineering and business process management. Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvement methodologies and frameworks. Education and Experience Required: First Level University degree (industrial engineering Or Business administration) 7+ years in project management roles or in like roles/businesses. Knowledge and Skills: IMAC-D knowledge is a plus. Demonstrates an in-depth understanding of key Services' operational policies, processes, and methodologies applicable to project management. Speaks with authority to most layers of depth related to project management methods. Makes use of and contributes to the Services PM Profession community. PMP Certified is a plus. The base pay range for this role is $102,500 to $157,850 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
