Job Title: Business Planning & Performance Management - Trainee
Drive the planning processes, targets per commercial areas, provide regular reporting and analysis to monitor agreed KPIs and recommend corrective actions.
Common Accountabilities:
Works autonomously within defined processes and procedures or methodologies, takes standard decisions and may support the development of solutions to complex problems of a recurring nature.
Receives instruction, guidance and direction from more senior level roles or manager, with regular monitoring on the status of the assignments.
May have specialized formal education or the equivalent work experience and has the required technical and functional skills and basic knowledge of the business.
Specific Accountabilities:
Planning Process:
Define the commercial targets and monitor the evolution.
Drive planning for: budgets, forecasts, annual business plans / LTP for the area/segment/geography.
Drive cascading (top-down) of targets, metrics, reporting methodologies and monitor inputs (bottom-up).
Contribute to improving planning and performance processes.
Oversee and Facilitate Performance Management:
Consolidate the reporting.
Build and present reports and dashboards to the top management team.
Analyze performance reports for area/segment/geography, including variations against plans.
Provide insights / recommendations.
Collaborate with segment commercial strategy team to define potential actions.
