Philip Morris Spain is seeking a talented candidate to join the Business Planning & Development team for an internship based in Madrid.
About the BRIDGE program
You will be a part of the PMI's family during your 6+6 months long, full-time internship. During the program you will perceive monthly scholarship of 944€ (gross salary). You will have the opportunity to benefit from the fully paid online Master, validated and recognized by Universidad Camilo Jose Cela and Fundación Universitaria y de Empresa.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
You'll be part of the Business Planning & Development team, a department within Finance focused on business partnering through insights & strategy, supporting the Spanish market.
Working together with your colleagues, you'll play an active role in supporting the Finance Director and other key stakeholders within the PMI organization. This includes analyzing data, understanding market dynamics, and contributing to accurate forecasting of Conventional & RRP (reduced risk products such as IQOS or VEEV).
You'll develop new skills and build on the strengths you already have. If you are eager to learn, have an innovative mindset and are a problem-solver, this is the team for you!
KEY JOB RESPONSABILITIES

Understand market dynamics of the tobacco industry and Reduced Risk Products (e.g. IQOS);
- Transform acquired business knowledge into insightful analysis, leveraging on accurate and relevant data, proposing new ideas to challenges;
- Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows for growth and development, while making a difference;
- Support Business Planning Manager in ad-hoc reporting and analysis, both for internal use and for official presentations to PMI.
QUALIFICATIONS

- Degree in Business / Economics or related field
- Knowledge of Excel and Power Point with willingness to keep learning
- Advanced English verbal and written communication skills
