Empowered to lead at every level, free to ask questions and take smart risks that write the next chapter for our pipeline.**Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities**:- Manages the day-to-day operations of the TICA organization to deliver R&D; strategic projects and meet agreed scopes, timelines, deliverables, budgets, resource estimates, and success criteria.- Project management support of strategic initiatives that are a business priority.- Arranging meetings to deliver the projects and ensures meetings are scheduled in advance with appropriate agendas and meeting content.- Tracks input and output for key deliverables including elements of data handling.- Provides tracking of sample shipments and logistics,
in accordance with HBS compliance.- Designs and maintains Project SharePoint site to ensure organizational information, guidance documents.**Essential Requirements and Qualifications**:- BA/BSc in a biological science or other scientific degree with a minimum of 5 years of Pharmaceutical Industry experience (or the equivalent) in Project Management or PhD with experience in drug development.- Strong organizational skills required, including good time management skills. Must be highly organized and able to work independently on multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.- Demonstrated track record of success in delivering complex,
cross-functional and multi-site projects on-time and on-budget.- Takes appropriate initiative and accountability including proactively prioritizing work in alignment with business requirements.- Experienced in using MS Office Suite, especially PowerPoint, Word and Excel.- Strong interpersonal and communications skills.- Highly developed problem solving and risk management skills.- Highly developed influencing and collaborative working skills.
