To drive our operations to the top level, we are looking for someone with a strong drive for learning and ambitious goals. As Business Operations Specialist, you will not only contribute to the running of our French operations but also play a pivotal role in improving our operational processes and expanding our business. By monitoring our operational activities on a daily basis and leading key projects, your work will lead to positive changes and improvements. Your main missions: Collaborate with our different departments (data, product, marketing, CRM) to work on high-value projects. Analyze operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable strategies. Manage projects from A to Z such as launching new lines of business, developing a new process. Compile and deliver comprehensive reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to all stakeholders. Deliver precise and insightful standalone analyses to the Head of Operations/COO.
